Referral & Rewards Program — Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st of October, 2025

By participating in the Loch Capsule Dishwasher Referral & Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Referral Reward

• Users can refer friends to purchase a Loch Capsule Dishwasher.
• For each successful referral resulting in a completed purchase, the referrer will receive a £/$/€20 store credit or cash rebate.
• There is no limit to the number of friends a user can refer.
• Referrals must be first-time customers, and purchases must be made through the official Loch website or an approved partner channel such as Amazon.
• Rebates will be processed within 30 days after the referred customer's purchase is confirmed.
• To confirm the purchase user must submit proof of referral - sufficient is to provide full customer name and email which was used for the referral purchase.

2. Review Reward

• Users who leave a genuine product review on the official Loch website or an approved platform are eligible for a £/$/€10 store credit or cash rebate.
• Each user may claim this reward once per review platform.
• Eligible review platforms - lochelectronics.com & Trustpilot and partner platforms where product is sold.
• Reviews must meet minimum quality standards (i.e. thoughtful, specific, and non-abusive) and be verified by the Loch team via flow provided.

3. Social Media Reward

• Users can earn a £/$/€10 store credit or cash rebate for posting about their Loch Capsule Dishwasher on:
  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
• To qualify, the post must:
  • Tag @loch_electronics 
  • Use the official hashtag #CapsuleDishwasher
  • Clearly feature the product
  • Be featured on your social feed. 
• Each platform is eligible for one £/$/€10 credit or rebate per user (maximum of £/$/€30 total).
• Posts must be public and remain visible for at least 30 days. 
• Users must submit proof of their posts to the Loch team for verification using provided submission flow.

4. General Conditions

• All rewards are processed as cash rebates or store credits applied to the user's store account or original payment method or as a bank transfer (as applicable).
• Rewards can be exchanged for an accessory of your choice as long you have a qualifying reward value of the accessory - please talk to our support team.
• Loch Electronics reserves the right to verify all referrals, reviews, and social posts.
• Abuse of the program (e.g., fake referrals, spam reviews, duplicate posts) may result in disqualification.
• Loch Electronics may update or terminate the program at any time with or without notice.
