This Promotion is a Prize Draw

2.  The When
2.1 What is the Promotion Period (i.e. when will the Promotion run)?
The Promotion Period will start at 10:00AM GMT on February 12th and ends at 11:59PM GMT on February 16th, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”)

2.2 What date will the draw take place?
On or about February 23rd, 2026 (a week after the "Promotion Period").

3. The Who
3.1 Who is Eligible to take part in the Promotion/ what countries and regions is the promotion going to run in?
To enter the Promotion you must follow all the steps illustrated in “the How” section.  
If you meet the relevant criteria you will be an “Eligible Participant”.
This giveaway is only valid for the following countries: US UK EU with the below exclusions due to shipping limitations or other legal reasons: 
• UK delivery excludes Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.
• US delivery excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other non-mainland US territories.
• EU delivery excludes Switzerland, Norway, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Malta.

4.1 How can you enter the Promotion?

4.2 How many Entries are permitted per Eligible Participant?

4.3 Is there a Promotion Site? If so, what is the URL?
No, there isn’t. You must enter via our Instagram account.

4.4 How many winners?
1 (one)

4.5 How we will name the winner?
We will randomly select one of the users entering the contest using online tool specifically developed for Instagram users to create and manage giveaways. We will communicate to the winner by reaching out via DM and by announcing your username in our IG stories. If we don’t hear from you after 48hours from the DM is sent, we will give Capsule Essential Bundle to the Substitute Winner.

6.2 Address restrictions
• We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses due to size and weight restrictions.
• We are unable to deliver to FPO/AP addresses at this time.

6.3 Delivery Note
• Dishwashers and accessories may be shipped separately and arrive as separate parcels.
• Bundle accessories can take an extra 2–3 working days to arrive. 
• Delivery can take up to 30 days depending on location.
