Job Summary
You will be involved in planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand and products across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing trends, be data-driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

1. Digital Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our objectives and target audience.

2. Online Advertising: Plan and create online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and drive conversions.

3. Content: Develop and optimise digital marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, emails, and multimedia content.

4. SEO: Optimise website content for search engines and manage PPC campaigns to
improve organic traffic and generate leads.

5. Social Media: Work with the team to plan and maintain social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media performance and trends.

6. Email: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmenting lists,
designing templates, and analysing campaign results.

7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and make datadriven improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising and data analysis.

8. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO):Continuously analyse website performance and user experience to identify opportunities for CRO and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.

9. Affiliate and Influencer marketing: Manage and develop relationships with affiliate and influencer partners to increase sales.

10. Customer insight: Conduct surveys and interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

1. Studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Analysis, or a
related field (Master's degree is a plus).

2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative digital marketing ideas.

5. Strong analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

6. Prior internship or coursework related to digital marketing and data analysis is a plus.
