Spring Sale Policy

  1. Our standard store return and refund policy does not apply to this Spring Clearance Sale.
  2. All sales of non-faulty items during the Spring Sale are final. We offer refunds or replacements for faulty units only.
  3. If the unit is faulty, please contact us within 7 days from delivery date.
  4. All Spring Sale Capsule dishwasher products are covered with a standard one year e-commerce warranty.
  5. There is limited availability of the Capsule dishwasher for the Spring Sale, and it will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event of overselling, we may have to cancel orders. If the product shows as sold out when you try to order, please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay informed in case we receive more inventory during the sale.
  6. Due to high demand, our customer service team may take longer than usual to respond to your inquiries, and our fulfilment team may take longer to process your orders. We appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as possible.
  7. Please be aware that residual water inside the machine is a normal occurrence resulting from quality control testing and is not considered a fault. It is recommended to run an empty cycle before using the machine.
  8. Please note that there may be minor scratches or cosmetic damage on the plastic surface, which does not constitute a fault. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or returns for cosmetic damages. However, if you would like to replace any parts, we can provide spare parts for the plastic surface at no cost, but you will need to cover the shipping.
  9. Before returning your Capsule, please provide us with pictures of all interior and exterior components of the dishwasher and the outer package box, so that we may verify that the Capsule is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
  10. It is your responsibility to take photos of the packaging (including the shipping label) and the machine upon receipt of the package. These photos will be used as evidence in the event of damage caused by shipping. If no evidence is provided, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
  11. Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection at your own cost. You are responsible for the handling and shipping of the contents of your return.
  12. Upon receipt of any returned Capsules that are claimed to be damaged, we will inspect the products and determine if any liability can be confirmed and we will inform you about the outcome.
  13. If you are eligible for free shipping and the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an error on your part or that of the courier, you will be responsible for the second delivery fee. This fee typically costs around $40, depending on your location. Please note that eligibility for free shipping does not guarantee successful delivery, and it is important to ensure that all delivery information is accurate to avoid any additional charges.
  14. Free shipping to the Contiguous US (excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories) is applicable to all orders.
  15. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or islands as determined by the courier.
  16. In the event that the courier determines they do not provide service to your area, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
  17. Deliveries to remote areas or islands carry a risk of unsuccessful delivery, and in such cases, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding return fee. This also applies to other regions classified as remote areas or high failure delivery rate destinations as determined by the courier.
  18. The risk of damage or loss of goods is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery or if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, the time when there was an attempted delivery or when collected.
  19. We rely on the courier's tracking page for updates on the status of your delivery. If you have doubts about the status provided by the courier, please provide relevant evidence to assist us in negotiating with the courier. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
  20. Liability will never exceed the value of the goods.
